Wesley Grandlienard has been with Envista Forensics for 16 years and serves as the Technical Director of Envista Electrical and Mechanical Engineering group, as well as Envista’s materials lab. In this position, Wesley works with our experts to ensure the quality of Envista’s product, help the experts grow in their careers, realize their potential, train them, and come up with innovative ideas to improve service and capabilities for our clients.
Previously at Envista, Wesley worked for 14 years in the field performing electrical engineering and equipment loss consulting assessments on assignments ranging from electrical contact fatalities, fires, natural disasters, large complex losses, and performing expert testimony.
Prior to his work with Envista, Wesley worked for the Chicagoland utility company, ComEd for four years. His responsibilities included troubleshooting underground cable faults and maintenance on electrical distribution equipment, which gave Wesley great hands-on and troubleshooting experience for his career as a forensic electrical engineer.
Wesley, a licensed professional engineer, graduated Suma Cuma Laude from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He regularly attends industry events like IAAI, CLM, and DRI, and enjoys presenting and speaking on current topics in the insurance, subrogation, and product liability fields.
