Mark Williamson joined Envista in November 2021 as Managing Director of the Construction Services division in Australia. Marks' key responsibilities include business planning and implementation, recruitment, and client relationship building to set the business up for future success.
Mark has over 30 years of multi-faceted construction and management experience in the construction, insurance, and legal sectors and has dedicated the last 15 years of his career to serving the insurance and legal industries as a consultant and expert witness. He has years of experience providing consultation following challenging and complex building incidents following construction accidents, natural disasters, and structural or building defects.
Prior to joining Envista, Mark was National Manager of CRD Building Consultants and Engineers, where his team supported the insurance, legal, and building industries by providing project management, quantity surveying, and a wide range of other related construction and building consulting services.
Mark holds a Cert IV in Building & Construction along with a Cert III in Carpentry & Joinery and holds builders licences in New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia, and Northern Territory. He is also the Immediate Past President of the Australian Society of Building Consultants (NSW) and was appointed to the New South Wales Office of Fair Trading Ministerial Home Building Advisory Council for 2012-2013.
