Envista Forensics Announces Matthew Senn Practice Leader - Energy
Envista Forensics (“Envista”), a leading global provider of forensic consulting services, announces the promotion of Matt Senn to Practice Leader – Energy.
In his new role as Practice Leader – Energy, Matt Senn will act as the technical leader for Envista’s Energy practice, working to connect adjusters, insurance carriers, attorneys, and asset owners operating in the Energy space with Envista’s global network of experienced materials scientists, civil/structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering experts.
“I am excited to accept this position and continue to help grow Envista’s Energy service offerings in the market,” Senn expressed. “This is a wonderful opportunity to use my considerable experience with the failure modes of different energy generation assets to assist our clients in every way we can.”
Senn, a licensed Professional Engineer, comes from a background of over 14 years of experience in renewable energy power generation. He specializes in Megawatt-class wind turbines, solar photovoltaic power plants, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Senn worked for over 12 years in the wind turbine industry with experience in onshore wind turbines. As a forensic engineer and Practice Leader, Senn will be focusing on power and energy losses related to equipment and devices, such as solar, wind, hydro, turbines, power generators, and high-speed gearboxes.
