Marco joined Envista in 2009 and serves as a Managing Director, Oceania. Prior to joining Envista, Marco worked in thermal sciences research and medical device design.
How long have you worked for Envista and what do you do?
I joined Envista in Raleigh, NC in 2009 and after four years there and four years in Singapore, I relocated to Sydney in 2017 and work here now as Managing Director and a mechanical engineer.
Before you joined Envista, what were you doing?
Before joining Envista, I started my career in thermal sciences research in the semiconductor industry and worked in medical device design between that and joining Envista.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that I've helped someone in a time of need by answering a difficult question.
What are the values that guide you?
Our clients have put their own reputations on the line when seeking our assistance and I have a strong desire to never let them down, and also a nagging and stubborn desire to figure out the cause of a problem.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Outside of work I enjoy reading, playing guitar, karaoke, photography, board games, and travel.
