Mr. Langstaff has an in-depth understanding of fire protection systems through leading fire protection team inspections for a federal agency and through obtaining a graduate degree in fire protection engineering. His experience includes investigating fire protection freeze losses, non-fire sprinkler activations, kitchen suppression system failures, and code compliance issues. Mr. Langstaff is also experienced in investigating failures of mechanical systems such as piping failures, boiler failures, and mechanical equipment failures.
