He has experience with both reinforced concrete structures and steelwork buildings/structures.
Dianfeng is a Chartered Engineer (CEng, IStructE, UK), a Singapore Professional Engineer (PE) in the civil branch, an ASEAN PE, and a senior member of the Institute of Engineers of Singapore (IES). He is also a Competent Person (CP) for façade inspection in Singapore, and an adjunct university lecturer delivering project procurement and construction technology. Dianfeng received his EUR ING certification, a professional qualification for engineers in Europe to facilitate the mobility of engineers within Europe and to ensure a common standard of competence.
