Ángel Cintrón-Jiménez, PE, Esq.
Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (New Orleans, LA)
Ángel is a Project Engineer with over seven years of multidisciplinary experience in engineering. A dynamic and multifaceted civil engineer, attorney, and project manager, specializing in forensic inspection, project design, and problem-solving, he has demonstrated expertise in overseeing turnkey projects from inception to completion across multiple industries. Licensed as a PE in Puerto Rico and Louisiana, as well as a licensed drone operator, he has experience with a wide variety of building envelopes and different styles of construction.
Fun Fact: One of the biggest challenges I've faced as an engineer was while working on an infrastructure project. Tensions can get high during intense working conditions like heat waves and droughts, but cool heads prevail if we compromise on focusing on compliant work.
Thomas Parker, CEng, MEng (Hons), MIMechE
Senior Project Engineer, Mechanical (London, UK)
Thomas is a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer with eight years of extensive experience in mechanical and electrical equipment. His background includes handling sensitive information on high-security Ministry of Defense and United States Visiting Forces sites. Thomas has worked with restoration companies and manufacturers to ensure recertification and warranty reinstatement. At his previous roles in the maritime sector, he supervised refurbishment and replacement projects for moveable structures in European ports including lock gates, swing bridges, and Ro-Ro linkspans.

Troy Toth
Project Consultant, Mechanical (Charlotte, NC)
Troy is a Project Consultant with over five years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Envista, he gained experience in consulting and forensic engineering in the accident reconstruction field. He has also has engineering experience in the assembly and manufacturing industries. Troy also has specialized knowledge in root cause analysis, material and mechanical failure analysis, and product liability.
Fun Fact: I have an obsession with movies.
