Amin Mirbod

Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Plymouth, MN)

Amin Mirbod, a licensed engineer with over ten years of professional experience, joins Envista as Project Engineer. Amin has eight years of experience in structural engineering with the focus on the design, evaluation, assessment, and repair of complex commercial, industrial, and residential building structural systems. His past projects include power plants, manufacturing plants, banks, hospitals, schools, and cultural centers. Amin’s extensive structural analysis and design experience paired with his rigorous academic background uniquely positions him to expertly analyze a wide variety of structural issues and failures.

Joelle Reid, C.Tech., CRSP

Project Consultant, Environmental and Industrial Hygiene (Toronto, ON)

Joelle Reid joins Envista with seven years of experience in environmental and forensic consulting. She has been involved in several CAT loss events across Canada and has completed over 400 investigations across a variety of settings including airports, hotels, product distribution warehouse facilities, healthcare, government, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Joelle is a registered Canadian safety professional who strives to improve the health and safety focus on every project she is involved in.

Martin Hoey, PQS BSc Hons, AssocRICS, PMP

Senior Project Consultant, Construction Claims & Dispute Resolution (Toronto, ON)

Martin Hoey joins Envista as a Senior Project Consultant as part of the Construction Claims & Dispute Resolution group. Martin has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, where he has been a part of the construction life cycle from project conception through to close-out. Martin’s expertise lies in cost planning, quantity surveying, project controls, and dispute resolution.

Ron Langstaff, MS, PE

Senior Project Engineer, Fire & Explosion (Chicago, IL)

Ron Langstaff has over five years of forensic experience in addition to his 25+ years of experience within the nuclear industry. Over a decade of Ron’s nuclear experience was leading engineering team inspections for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He has passed the professional engineer examinations for both fire protection and mechanical engineering and is licensed as a professional engineer in 16 states.

Sire' Nzimiro

District Manager (Denver, CO)

Sire’ Nzimiro joins Envista as District Manager of District 3 (which includes MO, KS, NE, WY, UT, and CO). She is a licensed Insurance Professional with over 19 years in the insurance industry with a focus on sales, claims and operations. Sire’ is a result driven visionary with a stellar record of success and operationalizing strategies and programs that engage and unite missions and organizations with a focus on change management and communication. She has a passion for building and managing high performing teams and pushing programs and projects forward, and a strong commitment to community outreach and DEI. With over 10 years of leadership experience Sire’ has delivered and exceeded targeted metrics through efficient coaching and development leading to operational growth.

Steve Sprague

Senior Building Consultant, Building Consulting (Tukwila, WA)

Steve Sprague is a Senior Building Consultant with over 20 years of hands-on construction, estimating, and project management experience. He provides a variety of services that include scope development and analysis, contractor/subcontractor scope, and cost analysis associated with builder defect claims, project estimating and invoice analysis. Steve’s expertise includes a broad range of construction applications including residential and commercial new construction, as well as remodeling and structural repair. He also holds a certificate in emergency management and is knowledgeable of the response, recovery, and long-term mitigation protocols associated with disaster and catastrophe work.

Tosin Olopade, M.Sc., PMP, P.Eng.

Project Engineer, Electrical (Calgary, AB)

Tosin Olopade is a Project Engineer with over six years of experience in electrical power systems and system engineering. He also has over eight years in managing and coordinating projects from inception to commissioning and final handover with adequate risk assessment and change management. Tosin’s expertise includes low/medium voltage power transmission and distribution systems planning, design, and construction management including fault current calculation, series coordination of distribution equipment using appropriate tools, and CAD applications. He has a strong understanding of relevant codes and regulations, as well as extensive experience in applying them to various projects.
