Mr. Matt Steiner is a Regional Technical Leader with over 25 years of experience in the investigation and analysis of building structures, including building condition assessment, structural alterations, building design and evaluation, and seismic evaluations. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Steiner began his career in structural research and testing. He subsequently gained experience supporting developers involved in construction defect litigation, and later shifted direction to focus primarily on structural design. Most recently, Mr. Steiner has been working closely with attorneys, insurance carriers, and adjusters, evaluating building damage and providing support for litigation claims. Throughout his career, he has developed a proven track record as an accomplished engineer and has been involved in many engineering failure and damage assessments, including catastrophic events following earthquakes, and hurricanes. Mr. Steiner is a registered Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer, and is registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
