André Delhaise, Ph.D.
Project Consultant, Materials (Toronto, ON)
André Delhaise, who joins as Project Consultant, will be leading Envista’s Materials Group in Toronto, providing a new service offering to our clients. With over eight years of experience, both in industry and academia, André brings extensive experience solving manufacturing deficiencies, combined with exceptional practical laboratory skills and innate curiosity to Envista.
Arash Rahmatian Ph.D, P.Eng
Senior Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Houston, TX)
Arash Rahmatian, a Senior Project Engineer with over 20 years of structural engineering and construction experience, will be joining Envista’s Civil/Structural team in Houston. Arash has a Ph.D. in structural engineering with strong expertise in failure analysis and technical reports. He is experienced in surveying, scheduling, and estimating, and is highly skilled in failure, fracture, and root-cause analysis. Arash has provided various structural inspections of bridges and buildings, damage assessments of infrastructures, and recommendations of repairability of damaged structures.
Brandon Blalock, EIT
Senior Technical Consultant, Civil/Structural (Atlanta, GA)
Brandon Blalock is a Senior Technical Consultant with over four years of experience. He has joined Envista’s Civil/Structural team in Atlanta. Brandon is knowledgeable in civil engineering, including structural design and analysis. He has experience working with the construction, engineering, petrochemical, and manufacturing industries. At Envista, Brandon provides forensic investigations and examinations and uses his subsequent findings to develop proposals and opinions as related to the cause and extent of damages, including repair protocols.
George Feathers, AIA, CSI, CCCA, LEED AP
Senior Consultant, Civil/Structural (Bella Vista, AR)
George Feathers is a licensed architect with over 35 years of professional practice in the built environment. George joins Envista as Senior Consultant and will work as a part of the Civil/Structural division in Arkansas, with a concentration on architecture. His expertise includes design and execution of a wide range of building types, including residential, municipal, commercial, large-scale mixed-use, high-rise buildings, educational, retail, and corporate office buildings
Kevin Byers, PE
Project Engineer, Marine (Miami, FL)
Kevin joins Envista as Project Engineer and will be a part of the Marine division in Miami. He is a project-focused, professional engineer with ten years of experience in naval architecture and marine engineering. Kevin has expertise in major loss marine practice including intact and damage stability analyses, weights engineering, resistance and propulsion, arrangements and outfitting, and structural analysis.
