Dr. Arash Hajjam is a Principal Engineer within Envista’s Electrical group. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Hajjam specializes in the areas of electrical engineering, failure analysis of sensors, transformer failure, elevator failure, HVAC failure, current sensors, origin and cause, Micro and Nanoelectromechanical systems, circuit design, modeling, and simulations. Dr. Hajjam provides forensic electrical engineering and fire investigation services, conducts extensive investigations, onsite examinations, and can provide opinions as to the cause and scope of damage including repair estimates. He is experienced in equipment causations in investigations of single-family, multi‐family residential buildings, manufacturing facilities, commercial/industrial spaces, and vehicles. Dr. Hajjam also has extensive experience working in a laboratory environment. He has conducted evidence examinations using SEM, AFM, X‐Ray, and other non‐destructive and destructive testing methods.
