Neil Goodrich, Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), leads Envista’s Innovation team which includes all traditional IT services and operations. Neil plays a driving role in soliciting, collecting, managing, and driving new ideas for the organization.
Prior to joining Envista, Neil spent 15 years in technology leadership, most recently as the Chief Innovation Officer at M. Holland Company, where he was responsible for all IT functions as well as leading digital change within the organization.
Neil has been involved in various thought leadership and public speaking events for 10 years on topics such as IT leadership and digital transformation, portfolio management, innovation and enterprise mobility strategy, customer experience, technology strategy, and app development.
Neil has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) and an MBA from the UIC Liautaud Graduate School of Business. He is ITIL certified and a certified Project Management Professional.
