Envista welcomes six new experts and engineers across the U.S. and Mexico to our Civil/Structural, Electrical, and Fire divisions. We are excited about the growth in both personnel and divisional expertise with the addition of the following experts this month.
Meet Envista’s Newest Additions!
Joseph Boisseau, IAAI-CFI
Consultant, Fire (Washington, D.C.)
Joseph Boisseau joins Envista’s fire division as Consultant. He has been in the fire service for 35 years and in fire investigations for over 25 years. Joseph started as a patrol officer for criminal and traffic offenses, then became a Fire Marshal, and later led fire investigations for fires, arsons, and environmental crimes. In addition, Joseph has received hazardous materials training through the Virginia Department of Emergency Management and recognized as a Hazardous Material Specialist by the City of Colonial Heights.
Leonel Carrasco
Project Manager, Electrical (Mexico City, MX)
Leonel, Project Manager, joins Envista’s electrical division in Mexico. An electrical engineer with more than 15 years of experience, Leonel has extensive knowledge of electrical systems and uses this as the basis for his professional development in the fire investigation field. His experience covers a wide range of activities, highlighting the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of industrial electrical installations, distribution networks, and electrical generation, operational audit of maintenance processes, purchases, warehouse, and electrical installations.
Stacey Ceretti, P.E.
Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Chicago, IL)
Stacey Ceretti, Project Engineer, joins Envista’s civil/structural division. Stacey has been working in the construction industry for the past seven years, focusing on shoring and formwork design and implementation. The projects have spanned across markets, including multifamily residential, healthcare, and education, and have spanned in scope, including additions, renovations, and new construction. Additionally, she has reviewed construction documents, conducted inspections, and created three-dimensional models.
Michael Faron, P.E., S.E.
Structural Engineer, Civil/Structural (Chicago, IL)
Michael Faron joins Envista’s civil/structural division in Deerfield, IL as Structural Engineer. Michael has over 15 years of experience in design, construction, forensic investigations, property loss consulting, expert witness services, and litigation support. His experience includes residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
William Godfrey, P.E., S.E.
Senior Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Atlanta, GA)
William Godfrey, Senior Project Engineer, has over 12 years of professional experience in analysis, design, construction, expert witness services, litigation support, dispute resolution, forensic investigations, and property loss consulting. He joins Envista’s civil/structural division in Atlanta. William has practiced domestically and internationally in Canada, China, and the United Arab Emirates. He is an expert in complex structural analysis, including nonlinear, time history, and response spectrum analyses, as well as failure analysis of post-loss structures affected by fires, floods, failures, and catastrophes, both natural and manufactured.
Miguel Hernández, MI
Senior Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Mexico City, MX)
Miguel Hernández, a postgraduate in structural engineer with over 10 years of professional experience, joins Envista as Senior Project Engineer. Miguel has 5 years of experience in structural engineering, where he has designed several residential, office, and industrial buildings, including the design of foundations, steel, concrete, and masonry structures. Over the past three years, Miguel has assisted fire investigations getting his certification as Fire Investigation Technician (FIT) with the IAAI. He has also participated in the forensic analysis of civil structures for the insurance industry in Mexico and Chile.
