Chris Pressey, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CFM Senior Project Engineer in Seattle, WA

Mr. Chris Pressey is a Senior Project Engineer with over 30 years of broad design, construction, inspection and project management experience on residential, commercial and industrial projects.  He has built custom homes from the ground up performing all rough/finish skill trades including mechanical, electrical and plumbing. He is a certified ICC residential inspector and has operated a home inspection business and done hundreds of inspections. He has engineering field experience on commercial and industrial sites planning, sequencing and implementing design documents and managing contractors. He has investigated, scoped, designed, specified, estimated costs, scheduled on large commercial and industrial projects for Bechtel Group and regional firms like AGI Technologies (environmental and geotechnical engineering), THP Limited (structural engineering and design) and Monarch Construction (commercial construction). Additionally, he has started and operated a residential real estate investment business and has served on a non-profit finance and operations committee as a Board Trustee.  
At Envista, he has experience in losses involving flooring, deck, exterior cladding, building envelope, water intrusion, site drainage, roofing and structural assessments.
