Chris Downing, PE
Senior Project Engineer, Mechanical (Tampa, FL)
Chris Downing is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida with over 30 years of experience. He has extensive experience in energy efficiency and energy recovery systems in the built environment. This experience includes HVAC system commissioning, indoor air quality assessments, energy audits, construction management, building codes, and expert witness work. He has previously served as Vice President and Director of the Enterprise Innovation Institute at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and led initiatives in engineering outreach, entrepreneurship support, and economic development. Chris’ contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards, such as the 2014 Innovation Award from the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities and the 2014 Outstanding Research Park Award from the Association of University Research Parks.
Fun Fact: I hold a US Coast Guard Captain's License.
Jelena Dzeletovic, P. Eng
Project Engineer, Electrical (Toronto, ON)
Jelena Dzeletovic is a Project Engineer with over a decade of comprehensive experience in electrical substations and engineering project management. Jelena has extensive knowledge of power systems design, analysis, and certification across various industrial and utility settings and experience modeling power systems using ETAP, including power flow study, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash study. She is proficient in overseeing the electrical safety and compliance requirements for projects within Europe, Canada, the USA, and Saudi Arabia, focusing on design, planning, and operational control of electrical installations.
Fun Fact: I have a unique ability to remember the details of conversations and information which helps me build strong relationships with others.
William Maynard, PE, SE
Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Philadelphia, PA)
William Maynard is a Project Engineer with 10 years of practice nationwide and two years of humanitarian engineering abroad. His project experience includes work across the biotech/life sciences, manufacturing, civic, military, residential, commercial, and telecom sectors. Williams specializes in building and seismic design, mixed materials, multi-discipline coordination, and project leadership. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in CA, WA, and PA, a licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in Illinois, and an NCEES record holder for MLE and MLSE.
Fun Fact: I built my first car.
Andrew Osborn, IAAI-CFI, IAAI-ECT
Consultant, Fire & Explosion (Las Vegas, NV)
Andrew Osborn is a Consultant in the Fire & Explosion group with over six years of experience investigating fire losses and over 29 years in the fire industry. He is an IAAI Certified Fire Investigator specializing in fire losses involving single-family and multifamily residential structures, commercial structures, recreational vehicles, and personal and commercial vehicles. At Envista, Andrew is involved in fire origin and cause, evidence collection, and scene documentation.
Fun Fact: As a teenager I worked a couple seasons planting rice.
