Charles Ogodo, BSc (Hons) QS, PgD Project Mgmt., MBA, PMP, MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, PQS

Consultant, Construction Claims & Dispute Resolution (Toronto)

Charles Ogodo, who joins as a Consultant/Quantity Surveyor, will be working on construction claims, cost management, and commercial management matters. With over 33 years of experience in the construction industry, he is well known globally with a number of certifications from global professional institutes. Charles previously worked in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, where he spent more than 10 years with a global engineering organization before moving to Canada.

Eric Kizak, P.E.

Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Nashua, NH)

Eric Kizak, a licensed engineer with over 25 years of professional experience, joins Envista as Project Engineer. Eric has 20 years of experience in structural engineering, where he assisted from project conception through design and the construction of large infrastructures. He is known for his innovative design and construction solutions for the construction, repair, renovation, and adaptive reuse of a wide variety of building types.

Florin Florea, P.E., LEED AP

Project Engineer, Electrical (Columbus, OH)

Florin Florea, Project Engineer on Envista’s electrical team, is a skilled professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in electrical engineering including design, testing, and commissioning of lighting, power, and communications systems for various institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities. He has experience investigating electrical facilities to ensure code compliance, standards, and regulations, as well as analyzing buildings for arc flash hazards.

Glen Kenny

Senior Technical Consultant, Mechanical (Singapore)

Glen Kenny joins Envista as Senior Technical Consultant in Singapore. Glen commenced his career in the field of environmental science and management. Since then, he has expanded his expertise to include analytical laboratory analysis, commissioning of plant and equipment, and process and quality audits of high technology industries. His 27 years of experience covers both electrical and mechanical machinery and systems across a wide range of industries, such as power, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical devices, semiconductor, pulp and paper, and automation systems for manufacturing. Glen is also an expert in ISO and pharmaceutical quality systems and is a qualified industrial hygienist.

Ken McCormick, P.E.

Project Engineer, Electrical (Plymouth, MI)

Ken McCormick, who joins as a Project Engineer, is a professional engineer with experience in vehicle manufacturing, safety testing of electric vehicle transportation technologies, reliable commercial maritime navigation and communications, precise military avionic telemetry. In his previous positions, he provided transportation evaluation and safety testing, and assisted with automotive manufacturing IT systems. Ken is an expert in safety and compliance testing for transportation technologies, technology management in automotive manufacturing, and maritime technical services.

Michael So

Senior Project Engineer, Mechanical (New York City, NY)

As Senior Project Engineer, Michael So joins the Mechanical division at Envista. Michael has over 16 years of experience in design, construction, expert witness services, litigation support, dispute resolution, forensic investigations, and property loss consulting. Michael is an expert in MEP engineering with a focus on plumbing and fire protection engineering. He also has experience in investigations of MEP systems after fires, floods, failures, and catastrophes in a variety of properties including gaming facilities, casinos, railway facilities, product distribution, warehouse facilities, hotels, governmental, residential, and commercial buildings.

Mina Al Aboosi, P.Eng., BSS.

Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Toronto)

Mina Al Aboosi, who joins as a Project Engineer as part of Envista’s Civil/Structural group, will be focusing on building science matters. Mina has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, where her primary focus has been in reviewing site works and quality assurance. Her experience extends to reviewing design drawings, project specifications, and required local and national standards.
