Lucy joined Envista in August 2017 and serves as the Operations Assistant in Woking. Lucy is in charge of all the administrative tasks, invoicing, debt chasing, setting up new jobs, answering phones, office management, travel arrangements, visa applications, and arranging couriers in the UK.

What do you love most about what you do?
I love that there is always something new to do and I am always learning new things. I also like learning about the losses and hearing about what our experts are involved in on-site.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
When I'm not at work I like taking my dog on long walks through the woods. I also love artsy things, particularly cross-stitch, making piñatas, and my latest hobby is painting pictures of people's pets on pebbles for them.
What is your favourite country you have ever visited?
America, particularly San Francisco. I went to see Alcatraz and it was amazing!
What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know?
A strange ability to remember nearly entire scripts word for word from films from my childhood, despite not having seen them for many years
