He also has experience performing cause and origin investigations regarding weather related roof damages, stucco damage, water infiltration cause and origin, and displacement related distress. Additionally, he has experience in fenestration assessments and other construction related deficiencies to commercial buildings and multi-structure residential communities. Furthermore, he has commenced and observed field water testing to fenestrations according to industry standards.
